You don’t have to navigate the perinatal journey alone. Our Peer-To-Peer Mentorship Program thoughtfully matches individuals experiencing perinatal mood disorders (PMDs) with trained mentors who have walked a similar path. Through consistent, supportive weekly communication, our mentors help reduce isolation, provide real-life insights, and create space for healing and connection.
If you're anywhere from conception through two years postpartum and looking for support from someone who truly gets it — apply today to be matched with a Peer Mentor.
Mentors connect with their peers weekly through phone calls, texts, voice notes, video calls — whatever feels most comfortable. It’s a space to vent, ask questions, laugh, cry, or simply say “today was hard.”
While mentors aren’t clinicians, they are trained, supported by our team, and here to walk beside you — not ahead of you. Sometimes the greatest relief comes from talking to someone who’s been there and truly gets it.
We know that every perinatal journey is unique. That’s why our mentor matching process considers your lived experiences — whether that’s infertility, birth trauma, NICU time, loss, or simply the emotional overwhelm of new parenthood.
Our goal is to pair you with someone who understands not just the clinical side of PMDs, but the real, everyday challenges you’re facing. This isn’t therapy: it’s connection rooted in empathy, shared experience, and genuine support.
