Our Partnered Providers with Seedling Psychological Services

Seedling has partnered with quality providers who have their own individualized rates through their private practices. In an effort to offer affordable, accessible, affirming care- each provider has agreed to have offerings at a reduced rate:

Workshops: Free (next round in 2026)

Individual sessions: $40 

Couples sessions: $45

Pro bono (no cost) sessions are available for those experiencing significant financial distress -- please connect directly with us for more information on how to access financial assistance.

If you are working with a provider at a reduced rate, you will receive 6 sessions guaranteed. After the 6 sessions, your provider will work with you on next steps to ensure continuity of quality care.

Yes/No: some of our providers do offer pathways to use your insurance. Please discuss with them to determine if your insurance is accepted. HSA and other forms of payment may be excepted as well.

Our providers understand that life happens fast; however, Please remember to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. Additionally, we typically have waitlists for our services; canceling with enough advanced notice allows individuals who are in need to receive services.
